Recurring commission is paid every month the client invoice is collected, as long as the referred client remains active and paying.

Rules that protect you - and your clients
Your leads are protected for 90 days
Register a lead in the partner portal and it is yours for 90 days. If they sign in that window, you receive full commission.
You earn when your client grows
If your referred client adds users, modules, or new services, you earn 5% of incremental MRR for 6 months automatically.
Monthly commission statements
On the 1st of each month, you receive a statement showing client invoice values and your commission. Paid on the 15th.
We never sell against you
Bizinex does not approach your referred clients for upsells or cross-sells without going through you first.

Partner programme questions
Is there a cost to join the partner programme?
No. Joining is completely free. There are no targets, no minimum referrals, and no upfront fees.
When do I get paid?
Commission is calculated on the 1st of each month for the previous month collected invoices and paid on the 15th.
What if a client I referred wants to cancel?
If a client cancels, your commission for that client stops from the next billing cycle. There is no penalty to you.
Do I need to be involved in implementation or support?
No. Bizinex handles implementation, training, and ongoing support. You make the introduction and stay in relationship control.
What is the minimum payout threshold?
Commission accumulates until it reaches ₹500, then it is paid in the next cycle. Amounts below ₹500 roll forward.
How is TDS handled?
Commission is paid net of applicable TDS as per Indian tax law. You are responsible for your own GST compliance if registered.
Can I refer clients outside Andhra Pradesh and Telangana?
Yes. Bizinex serves clients across India. There is no geographic restriction on referrals.
What if your sales team was already speaking to a client I refer?
Lead registration in the partner portal is the source of truth. If you register before a documented engagement exists, the lead is yours.
