Data readiness

Is your master data — customers, vendors, products — clean, complete, and consistent? Most implementations stall on data quality, not software complexity.

Process readiness

Do your key workflows — procurement, invoicing, production — exist as documented processes, or do they live in people's heads? Systems reflect reality. If reality is unclear, the system will reflect that.

Team readiness

Is there an internal owner for this project? Does leadership support the change? Are key users identified for each department? These factors predict adoption more reliably than software selection.
